The Coffee We Use
We work with speciality coffee roasted by our own company Ritu Coffee Roasters. Through judging and competing we have acquired renowned achievements on national and international level. In 2019, our coffee manager Anthony Nguyen won the Swedish Roasting Championship and we always strive to improve in the art of making coffee

We believe that knowing the story behind your coffee, where it was grown, how it was processed, and who handled it along the way is a powerful link that needs to be known.
